ZOO 6.28.08

We went to the Zoo Saturday for the AcuSport company outing. The rain held out until 3pm. We stayed under the tunnel until the storm let up. We decided to leave but it was still raining steady so we jogged all the way to the car. We got to see a lot of animals while we were there and both boys had a really good time.

A Good Way to End the Night

Ahhhh...a hot bath, sitting with my brother, watching Noggin, having chop and dibs (chop-what the boys call chocolate milk). What a way to end a big day! Goodnight!

FISHING 6.22.08

It was Clark's idea, we took both boys fishing in a boat. Talk about hooks and worms everywhere. It was a little scary at times. A good time was had by all!

Playing Outside

The boys played outside today. They both love to swing. We recently changed Luke from a baby swing to a regular swing. He swings on his belly all the time. When Carter swings he always tells me to push him "real super fast" over and over!

A Day With Grandma Deb

St. Marys of the Woods Festival/Park 6.7.08

Here are some pictures I took over the weekend. Sunday we went to the St. Mary's of the Woods festival. The first thing we did was the pony rides. Carter got to ride twice and he got to choose a different horse for the second ride. The reason for this was because when we put Luke on the horse he screamed and we already paid for 2 rides! I didn't think Luke would like any of the rides but most of them he could ride with Carter and I think that helped because they both ended up having a really good time. Carter played a ring toss game with Clark and he rang a 20oz bottle of 7up. He was so proud! After we left the festival we got ice cream and went to a nearby park. It was a fun day for them.

I tried to pose for a picture with Carter but I ended up sliding off the back of the dinosaur. I finally got my big butt to stay on there for the picture!
